McHugh nominated for Player of the Month award

Donegal star Ryan McHugh has been nominated for the PwC/GPA Footballer of the Month award for April.

After taking a year out last year, the Kilcar man has been in flying form since the start of the season. He was also magnificent as Donegal defeated both Derry and Tyrone in recent weeks in the Ulster Championship.

He has been shortlisted for the award alongside Dublin’s Paul Mannion and Ryan O’Donoghue of Mayo.
